It is a beautiful penthouse of 45m² with a very large terrace with sun all day and magnificent views over the bay of La Herradura with private parking 5 meters from the penthouse.
It has a large bedroom with fitted closet, a cozy living room with open kitchen, a fully renovated bathroom with shower and a small terrace to the rear with a washing machine and space to hang clothes. It also has air conditioning (hot & cold).
It can sleep 4 people, but we recommend this apartment for 2 people in reality.
The property has a very fast and stable internet connection, suitable for telecommuting.
Only 7-10 minutes walk to the beach (a bit steep on the way up), there is a public swimming pool (free entrance included with the rent), paddle and tennis courts also available nearby for a surcharge. Swimming, tennis, paddle tennis, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling and hiking are available nearby.
A car is not essential, but it is good to have one to explore the surrounding area and for shopping etc. ….
