The apartment (capacity 5 people) is located on the third floor, with an elevator and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a very modern, recently renovated kitchen open to the living room.
You will enjoy a large terrace with sofa area and dining table with 4 chairs, community pool, wifi, air conditioning and private parking space.
It is just a 3km drive or 20 minute walk downhill to the beach.
There are magnificent beaches, a marina, bars, waterfront restaurants, shops and daily market with everything you need. There is a wide range of leisure, sports, cultural and gastronomic offerings.
A deposit of 300 Euros is required, which is returned upon departure.
We care about our neighbors, guests should respect our neighbors and limit noise. No events or parties are allowed.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted.
The pool has opening and rest hours according to the information sign at the entrance.

Check-in will take place from 4 to 10 p.m., check-in outside these hours is subject to availability and carries a supplement of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
